These terms apply when you use apcargos.in or book cargo, parcel, household shifting, office relocation, goods transport or logistics services with AP Cargos ("we", "us").

Bookings & Quotes

Quotes shared by phone, WhatsApp or the website form are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed at pickup once the actual weight, volume and destination are verified.

Pickup & Delivery

We aim to meet the pickup and delivery windows communicated to you, but transit times can be affected by weather, road conditions or circumstances beyond our control.

Prohibited Items

We do not transport illegal goods, hazardous materials, or items prohibited under applicable Indian transport regulations. We reserve the right to refuse any shipment that does not meet our safety requirements.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate pickup/delivery addresses and contact details, and for disclosing the correct nature and value of the goods being shipped.

Liability

We take reasonable care in packing, loading and transporting your goods. Transit protection options may be available on request — please discuss coverage suited to your shipment with our team before booking.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
